1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing a service from CraftyCore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. Services and Project Scope

Services are provided according to the scope, deliverables, timeline and price agreed with the client. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or adjustment to the timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, access credentials where necessary, approvals and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback or materials may affect delivery dates.

4. Payments

Payment terms are communicated before work begins. A project may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue. Prices may vary for custom requirements, third-party services or material scope changes.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the project agreement after applicable payments have been completed. Third-party assets, software and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

6. Revisions and Approval

Revision limits are determined by the selected package or written project agreement. Once a deliverable has been approved, further changes may be treated as additional work.

7. Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, payment processors, APIs, plugins and other third-party services may have separate costs and terms. CraftyCore is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by third parties.

8. Warranties and Liability

We aim to deliver services professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, CraftyCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

9. Termination

Either party may request termination subject to the applicable project agreement. Work already completed, approved expenses and non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version published on this page will apply to future use and new engagements.
