Refund Policy
A clear framework for cancellations, refunds and service adjustments.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. General Principle
Because many CraftyCore services involve time reserved, planning, research, design or development work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the nature of the request.
2. Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before meaningful project work has started, we may provide a refund of eligible unused funds, less any non-refundable transaction or third-party costs.
3. After Work Starts
Once research, design, development, writing or other substantive work has started, amounts corresponding to completed work, delivered materials, reserved resources or approved expenses may not be refundable.
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Deliverables
If a deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope, the first remedy will normally be reasonable correction or revision. Clients should report issues promptly and provide clear details about the discrepancy.
5. Third-Party Charges
Domain registrations, hosting, payment processing fees, licensed assets and other third-party charges may be non-refundable because they are controlled by external providers.
6. Refund Requests
Submit refund requests to info@craftycore.com with your name, order or project reference, payment date and reason for the request. We will review the request against the agreed scope and the stage of work.
7. Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment method where practical. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to an engagement will be considered together with the specific project agreement.
