1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or purchasing a service from CraftyCore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services and project scope
Services are provided according to the scope, deliverables, timeline and price agreed with the client. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or a change to the timeline.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, access credentials where needed, approvals and feedback on time. Delays in feedback or materials may affect delivery dates.
4. Payments
Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. A project may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue. Prices may change for custom requirements, third-party services or significant scope changes.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, client-specific deliverables, including custom theme and plugin code, are transferred or licensed according to the project agreement once payment is complete. Third-party assets, software and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
6. Revisions and approval
Revision limits are set by the selected plan or the written project agreement. Once a deliverable has been approved, further changes may be treated as additional work.
7. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment processors, APIs, plugins and other third-party services may have separate costs and terms. CraftyCore is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by third parties.
8. Warranties and liability
We deliver services professionally and in line with the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, CraftyCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement according to the project agreement. Completed work, approved expenses and non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed. The latest version on this page applies to future use and new engagements.
